9/14: Red flag! Caller reported unleashed brown Lab walked onto Nursery Field during soccer game, relieved itself. Dog was still in area. Car 15 sent to identify owner, have mess removed.

9/18: Ready for their close-up. Garden Drive resident stated she went to her kitchen around 4 a.m., and upon turning on the light believed she scared off two men who were near her unlocked vehicle in her driveway. Males wearing black hoodies ran out of her driveway. Canvassed area with negative results. Homeowner had recently installed cameras on property, she would advise RPD in the a.m.

9/18: Playland Market owner stated he was startled as he opened the shop by male in red jacket who was suspiciously hanging around premises, 5:19 a.m. GOA.

9/18: Lock and unload. Larceny from vehicle. Fairlawn Street resident reported unlocked vehicle was gone through overnight while parked in driveway. No items appeared to have been stolen.

9/18: Vehicle’s glove compartment/center console reported rummaged overnight, Oakwood Avenue. Was parked at end of driveway, left unlocked. No items stolen or damaged.

9/18: Loose change taken from unlocked vehicle in driveway sometime overnight, approximately one or two dollars.

9/17: Officer reported suspicious vehicle at Exxon station, North Street/Theodore Fremd Avenue. Driver notified of bench warrant, advised to turn himself in to central booking after he returned to Bronx.

9/17: Complainant stated ex-boyfriend was contacting her, wanted it to stop, believes he installed spyware on her phone, computer. Wishes assistance in finding, removing same.

9/17: Caller reported deer trapped in fence, John Jay Place. Fence was cut by neighborhood homeowners, deer ran off into woods.

9/16: Foul territory. Caller stated group of young boys on bicycles harassing girls’ softball team near Milton School.

9/16: Caller stated youths kicked out of Rye Rec skate park swearing, being disruptive to other parties in basketball area. Spoke with complainant. Youths advised to move along.

9/15: Illegally parked vehicles, Purchase Street. Summonses issued.

9/15: Accident behind Chase bank. Exchange of information.

9/15: Spoke to party at RowAmerica Rye regarding loud morning class, disturbing to Milton Road resident. He agreed to speak with staff regarding morning noise.

9/14: Disabled vehicle. Deer struck, caused damage to driver’s side mirror, doors.

Driver to fix.

9/14: Rye Manor caller reported attempted scam via computer. Officer dispatched to make sure party had not lost money and contacted his bank. Money not taken out.

9/13: Illegally parked vehicle, Drake Smith Lane. Towed.

9/12: Caller reported homeless person, possible drug user, on back stairwell of Purchase Street building.

9/12: Parties sleeping in their vehicle, Theall Road, 1:19 a.m. Told they needed to leave location.

9/12: Property check, unoccupied vehicle, Rye Town Park, 1:47 a.m. Parties approached, said they were just out for walk. Local residents, advised to avoid being in park after dark.

9/12: Connecticut state troopers looking for vehicle involved in hit-and-run in their jurisdiction. Check identified vehicle at Forest Avenue location.

9/12: Franklin Avenue wanted to report someone may have attempted to poison her dogs. Stated she would buy home camera system to prove who was coming into her yard.

9/11: Officer reported suspicious vehicle in lot next to gas station, North Street/Theodore Fremd Avenue. Late-night worker called in for networking issue.

9/11: Summons issued, expired registration, Midland Avenue/Sylvan Place.

9/11: Check is in the …Central Avenue resident stated postman jumped over her fence, damaging it.

9/11: How gauche! Vehicle observed with left wheels to curb, Midland Avenue/Playland Parkway. Ordered to correct. Warning issued.
