bus and orgs-rffr history talkThe Rye library’s Auxiliary Board hosted an evening of history March 21.  A panel of five speakers provided fascinating facts and details about Rye’s historic sites — the Square House, Bird Homestead, Quaker Meeting House, Whitby Castle, and John Jay’s boyhood home at the Jay Heritage Center — to a packed house.

Corey Radtke studied theater arts at UCLA, and hoped to be a dancer. But early on, she discovered that she was more of a behind-the-scenes artist. Moreover, she started having serious back pain in her 20s after a car accident. Ms. Radtke went on to have a successful career marketing international films.
