Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore, at a League of Women Voters event in Rye Sunday, discussed the state's new Joint Commission on Public Ethics, which has broad investigatory authority to investigate corruption and maintain integrity and ethics in New York. DiFiore was appointed by the governor in December to chair JCOPE.
