New Osborn School Principal Angela Garcia “had” kindergartners at “Good Morning” on their first day.
New York State Commissioner John B. King recently identified Midland and Osborn schools as being among 250 Reward Schools that were named under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Flexibility Waiver that New York State received from the U.S. Department of Education in May.
