Michael Szwajkowski had an impressive career in the financial industry but will perhaps be better remembered for the many ways he loved those who knew him.
The property traces its roots as a drinking establishment all the way back to the 1920s. Originally called Buggies and then The Little Club, The Pub was created by long-time proprietor James Finneran in 1982. 
The proposed locations span 24 Westchester municipalities and include 79 charging sites, according to county officials.
The Planning Commission asked City Planner Christian Miller to draft an analysis of how the city should approach a zoning change. 
City residents can find a cooling center at the Rye Free Reading Room from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.
