Work that officials had hoped would be done so beachgoers could use the showers by Memorial Day is now on track to be finished for the July 4 beach crowds.
The case was investigated by the DA's office, the NY State Police, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
