A Long and Lovely Goodbye
For four days last week, little people arrived in mostly big cars at Rye Community Synagogue for the Early Childhood Center’s Moving Up ceremonies.
Children from age 2 to pre-K couldn’t wait to come together — at a distance — with their teachers and classmates, whom they haven’t seen anywhere enough of.
While the school parking lot is not the usual backdrop for these ceremonies, the teachers made it a fun and memorable time for all.
