In unity, dozens of residents linked arms at an interfaith prayer vigil before sunset March 6 on the lawn of Wainwright House. Bishop George Packard (Retired Military Clergy), Rev. Andrea Raynor, and local Ukrainian families spoke meaningfully and memorably about how we can help the besieged and brave Ukrainians.
Bishop Packard left us with an indelible image of mothers trying to bring their children to safety and fathers remaining to fight the Russian military in Putin’s ruthless campaign to bring Ukraine back into his evil empire.
