A downpour didn’t deter well over a hundred supporters and well-wishers from helping SPRYE celebrate its 11th anniversary at Shenorock Shore Club last month.
Guests raised a glass to the many members who are the heart and soul of the nonprofit which helps senior residents of Rye, Harrison, Rye Brook, and Port Chester age in place.
After appetizers and aperitifs, everyone spent the evening re-connecting with old and not-so-old friends, grabbing a partner for the next dance, or playing old-fashioned games, like ring toss.
Board President and Benefit Chair Lauren Miscimarra tipped her hat to her Benefit Committee — Barbara Brunner, Kathy Carley-Spanier, Kathy Cusano, Fiona Dogan, Nancy Haneman, Marie Johnson, Katie Lawrence, Connie Macleod, Jane Mickatavage, Dale Mintz, Barbara Quinn, and Wendy Weinreb — for putting together an unforgettable evening.
