Close to 400 guests, dressed in novel-inspired costumes, cocktail attire, or draped in gold, danced the night away, enjoying drinks, delicious food, and a silent auction at “Novel Night 2.0, The Golden Ages.” The biennial library fundraiser, postponed in November due to Superstorm Sandy, took place March 2 at Apawamis Club.

Among the good reads chosen this year were “Life” by Keith Richards, “Havana Nocturne” by T.J. English, “Gone with the Windsors” by Laurie Graham,” “The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes” by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, “MTV Ruled the World: The Early Years of Music Video” by Greg Prato, and “Live from New York: An Uncensored History of Saturday Night Live” by Tom Shales and James Andrew Miller.
