Hot dogs roasted over an open fire, taking part in log-sawing contests, and watching a master sculptor create a figure from ice were just a few of the pleasures of the Rye Nature Center’s Old-Fashioned Winter’s Afternoon February 6. In between, there were activities for every age and lots of warm cocoa.
