The community enjoyed another picture-perfect Sunday for its 61st annual Halloween Window Painting festivities. The event’s co-sponsors, Rye Recreation and the Woman’s Club of Rye, Children’s Philanthropy, welcomed a record turnout of more than 600 teams this year. Participants and their families enjoyed many other treats in addition to window painting, including music by the Dragon Coasters and home-baked goodies.
