At the black-tie event November 11, three compassionate leaders were honored with the John W. Sterling Legacy Award: Frank Corvino, President and CEO of Greenwich Hospital, Frank McCullough Jr., Senior Partner of McCullough, Goldberger and Staudt, LLP, and the late Peter Bergmann, Partner of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
Guests toasted and saluted The Osborn, danced to the Hank Lane Orchestra, and spent quality time at the special photography exhibit. Sara Louise Petty, a portrait/fine art photographer, captured noble poses of close to 25 Osborn veterans — from a 93-year-old newlywed ex-Naval officer, who plays tennis every day, to a German, who worked for military intelligence during the war. The project was shot over a series of five days in the homes of the residents. The exhibit will be up until the Monday after Thanksgiving. A fine salute to seniors!
