Archbishop Stepinac High School
For more than 70 years, Stepinac has been shaping young men for post-secondary success with a comprehensive college preparatory curriculum grounded in Roman Catholic values and traditions.
A pioneer in curriculum innovation, Stepinac’s cutting-edge, blended learning environment not only produces better learning, it prepares students to become globally competitive. The school offers 26 Advanced Placement courses in all major academic disciplines. The Honors Academy, the first-of-its-kind-in-the-region, is a small, three-year personalized learning program that offers concentrations in engineering, health sciences, economics and finance and law, leading to potential careers in those disciplines.
New for the 2020-2021 school year is the innovative Entrepreneurship Program that begins with a leadership course in the sophomore year. There are more than 20 clubs and activities including the award-winning Stepinac Theatre, a marching band and spiritual enrichment programs.
Stepinac has maintained a top-ranked interscholastic athletics program, including football, baseball, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, swimming, and wrestling.
With safety as a top priority, Stepinac’s comprehensive Fall 2020 Reopening Plan, based on a hybrid schedule, features daily live instruction, either in the classroom or remotely at home.
