The race for the 91st state Assembly District was called with Otis declaring victory by a wide margin, 61 percent to 39 percent – in a matchup of Rye residents.
Latimer’s congressional race was quickly called by the Associated Press at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday night with the 70-year-old Democrat cruising to 89.9 percent of the total vote.
