Kathryn and Robert Rafter announce the birth of a daughter, <<Alice Garland Rafter,>> on October 9, 2017 at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pa. She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces. Alice joins her two older sisters, Jane and Claire Rafter.
She is the third granddaughter of Patsy and Bob Rafter of Port Chester, N.Y., and Nancy and Skip Rogers of New Hartford, Conn.
