A Brooklyn man was arrested Monday after allegedly attempting to withdraw money from a bank account using a fraudulent ID.
Rye police announced Tuesday that Glenn E. Graham, 56, was charged with New York State Penal Law § 170.20, criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree. Police said the attempted withdrawal occurred at Citi, located at 1040 Boston Post Road in Rye.
According to New York state law, criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor.
Graham was processed and released on an appearance ticket to return to Rye City Court at a later date.
