Initially, the plan was to open at the Rye train station in the summer, but Breno Donatti, Winfield Street Coffee founder, said construction is already underway and ahead of schedule.
The police have held the event since 2017 at various locations in Rye, including at Starbucks. This is the first year they are holding it at The Snackery.
Despite being new to retail, Graham’s enthusiasm for connecting with customers helped her shop thrive, leading her in 2019 to open a second location in Rye, the community that had first inspired her.
The building would be constructed at 25 Milton Road, a property that was donated to the arts center in 2022 and is adjacent to the center's current home.
