A beautiful spring day welcomed over 150 guests who know how to wear a hat well to American Yacht Club May 17. The occasion was The Jay Heritage Center’s annual spring luncheon and fashion presentation. Neiman Marcus Westchester put on quite a runway show of summer must-haves, from Issa to Missoni.

Proceeds from the luncheon will help fund The Jay Center’s indoor and outdoor educational programs in American history, architecture, social justice, and environmental stewardship.
This year’s event marked the 20th anniversary of the rescue of John Jay’s boyhood home from demolition. Thanks to preservationists and supporters like these, the site is a National Historic Landmark and member of the Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area, along with other New York State jewels like Caramoor and Kykuit.
