With more than 35 years in the real estate business, Flood has consistently been recognized as the company’s top producer in Westchester.

 

Flood produced nearly $50 million in sales volume in 2012. She was recognized at a special celebration, which drew more than 800 guests, at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich.

Flood also was among the nation’s top 250 real estate sales professionals by The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends based on sales volume.

 

As a Coldwell Banker Previews International Property Specialist for the company’s Luxury Sales Division, Flood has expertise in marketing, managing, and negotiating luxury home sales and purchases. She has established a loyal client base that includes business executives and professionals in the entertainment and sports industries.
