The Rye City Lions Club is hosting its 3rd annual Rye’s Got Talent competition Saturday, March 12 from 7-9 at the Rye Country Day School Performing Arts Center, and they’re looking for singers, dancers, instrumentalists, and actors.
The Rye City Lions Club is hosting its 3rd annual Rye’s Got Talent competition Saturday, March 12 from 7-9 at the Rye Country Day School Performing Arts Center, and they’re looking for singers, dancers, instrumentalists, and actors.
Participants must live in or attend school in the City or Town of Rye. They will be judged in two categories: grades 6-8 and 9-12. Winners will receive a $250 cash prize.
The event is limited to 20 performances. The deadline for submitting an application is February 26. Email jmalang@ theosborn.org or pick up a form at Rye Middle or High School Rye Country Day, Rye Recreation, Rye YMCA or The Osborn.
Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Guiding Eyes for the Blind and VISIONS Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired, two organizations the Lions Club supports.
