Leo Matthews graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Leo Matthews graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with honors, and was elected to Tau Beta Pi national engineering honor society. He was captain of the West Point Climbing Team.
He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He will continue his training at Ft. Benning, Georgia, before reporting to his first assignment in Vilseck, Germsany.
