After starting the season off strong, the Gryphons had a rough patch, owing to injuries and illness. But they finished with a 12-7-1 record, and were the fourth seed in the NYSAIS tournament.
In the first round of playoffs they defeated Riverdale 1-0. They played second-seeded Hackley in the semifinal, a real nail biter, which the Gryphons lost 2-1.

Coach Barb Lorys said her girls played “an amazing game, leaving us extremely proud of their efforts.”

Five key players, are graduating: Co-Captain and leading scorer Lily Dennis, midfielders Jamie Corelli and Christianna Gutridge, forward Colleen Fink, and goalie Maddie Ha. Lorys allowed that she would miss the seniors, but is looking forward to next season. “We have a very young and  talented team.”
