Houlihan Lawrence brokerage has announced that Catherine Guszack has joined its Rye office.
A Virginia native, Guszack has been a Rye resident since 2010. With 10 years as an interior designer and developer of custom new-construction and historic homes in the greater New York City area and the Hamptons.
Guszack earned a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Richmond and spent her early career in hospital sales. In 2015 she began renovating homes and returned to school for interior design.
A mother of two, Guszack is an active volunteer in the Rye community. Most recently, she served on the board of the Rye Historical Society, reviving its Auxiliary Board. She served as a parent volunteer at Milton School as well as for the swim team at American Yacht Club.
Guszack is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and is a OneKey Multiple Listing Service Member.
