Westchester County Executive George Latimer drew a big crowd to the Annual Spring Luncheon co-hosted by local chapters of the League of Women Voters, April 13 at Orienta Beach Club in Mamaroneck. The County Exec gave a talk entitled “The First Hundred Days.”
