Living an Abundant Life
The Courage to Transform + Transcend
When was the last time you felt empowered, aware, awake, mentally strong, centered, stable, less reactive? Now that January has come to a close, I am wondering how are you doing with resolutions, desires and goals set forth? As time moves on, often times people lose their focus, and well-intentioned plans and resolutions begin to dissipate, divert, stagnant and the desire to make change dwindles.
I believe our conscious and unconscious thoughts and beliefs make up who we are and who we become. Beliefs are powerful and structure the way we think. Our attitudes and thoughts produce emotions that affect our bodies and directly connect to our belief system. If they coincide with a healthy and positive mindset than wonderful; however if they do not, how do we make changes and begin to shift and reframe our thoughts and beliefs to embrace overall well being? We create our reality from the inside out, and our inner reality creates our outer reality.
The brain is always changing and reshaping with every thought. New science shows our brains are a muscle and like all muscles if we exercise it with love, gratitude, and positivity, we develop a strong mind and our actions align with happiness, joy and success. If we continue to experience positive and empowering thoughts, only then will we live in an abundance of love, peace, joy, prosperity, and compassion.
When both body and mind are at peace, all things appear as they are:
perfect, complete, lacking nothing.
