In case you missed our last special report, a second grader at the Osborn School in Rye was allegedly sexually abused and bullied by her male classmate over a span of at least several months, while the school’s administrators did little to stop it, the young girl’s parents claimed in a new lawsuit. The parents also alleged their daughter reported the incidents to her school counselor, who supposedly took no action.
The girl’s parents are seeking $1 million in damages from the Rye City School District.
