The Rye Scarlet Knights (under-12) soccer team won the indoor soccer tournament March 10 at Chelsea Piers in Stamford; it was the culmination of the indoor soccer season.
In the finals, against Greenwich, the Knights were down 2-0 at the half, but they came roaring back in the second half to win 3-2.
The team played their hearts out and wore pink in support of breast cancer awareness. Kudos to the team and their coaches, Rich Savage and Greg Boester
