4/6 No time for kidding. Caller reported group of kids in rear of Midland Avenue home, in left bay of garage possibly smoking marijuana, 10:19 p.m. Kids were socializing. They were advised to terminate for the night.
4/6 Greenacres Drive party stated her car tires had been vandalized, slashed, 5:53 p.m. Sworn statement taken.
4/6 Group dispersed at Rye High football field, 5 p.m.
4/6 Checked Rye Town Park dog park for compliance on social distancing directive.
4/6 Better daze ahead… Caller reported woman had been sitting on bench by Theodore Fremd Avenue/Purchase Street for hours with a dazed look on her face. He was not sure if she needed assistance.
4/5 Ambulance request, Purchase Street. Female with Covid-19 symptoms.
4/5 Assisted RFD with Lavender Lane kitchen fire, all parties out of house, no injuries, 9:03 p.m.
4/5 Officer was exposed to party with confirmed case of Covid-19, Greenhaven.
4/5 Ambulance request. Party stated his son took “acid” two days prior and was still acting erratic.
4/5 Security at 120 Old Post Road construction site was holding party who hopped fence and had tools in his possession. Party explained he was picking up own tools for different job next day. Site manager confirmed everything was okay.
4/5 Caller stated husband was showing sign of coronavirus, difficulty breathing. EMS dispatched, transporting victim.
4/4 Sun dial. Caller reported large group of youths having a party, Forest Avenue, 4:25 p.m. Upon arrival, observed small group of females sitting in sun together. No party, nothing out of order. All parties observing more than social distance.
4/4 Boat for Sail. Officer observed one male walking to rear of boat yard on desk camera, 6:06 a.m. Was boat owner putting boat in basin during high tide. Had Marina permission and key.
4/3 Hannan Place caller reported seeing flashlight shining in her yard, 1:36 a.m. Checked yard and adjoining yard, no one found.
4/4 Rye Road caller reported that two of their unlocked cars in driveway were broken into by four individuals in hoodies at 1:35 a.m. Suspects were driving a silver or white SUV. Homeowners to complete deposition, sworn statements.
4/2 Complainant stated youths were having loud party in home at corner of Dearborn Avenue/Halsted Place.

3/31 Summons the parents. Disorderly conduct. Unruly group of youths reported not using social distancing, Rye Recreation, 7:06 p.m. Spoke to group. Sent on their way.
3/31 City Code violation. Complainant reported multiple leaf blowers in use, Grace Church Street, 8:40 a.m.
3/31 Caller reported yelling from car parked in front of UPS store, Purchase Street, 5:27 a.m. Just youths listening to music. No crime committed.
3/30 What goes around, comes around. Midland Avenue caller stated neighbor was making so much noise his children couldn’t sleep, 11 p.m. Ongoing situation. Spoke to party, asked him to keep noise level down.

3/30 Large male reported creating disturbance, cursing, waving arms around inside Patisserie Salzburg, 10:03 a.m. No crime, party sent on his way.

3/27 What planet? Caller reported group of youths walking into Rye Rec from Midland Avenue in area near tennis courts. She was concerned they were not keeping their social distance. Cleared basketball court, skateboard park, 7:19 p.m.
3/27 Male with chest pains reported. Party did not have shortness of breath, had not traveled recently.
3/26 Party wanted to file report regarding fraud against his Citibank account.
3/26 Three leaf blowers in use, Forest Avenue. Condition corrected.
3/25 Caller reported party walking around in driveways with flashlight, Marlene Court/Sharon Lane, 9:53 p.m. Was collecting bottles for recycling. Advised he was not to enter private property to obtain bottles, only curbside.
3/25 Florence Avenue caller reported his vehicle was stolen by group of youths in several vehicles, 4:23 a.m.
3/24 Get back to your nests. Kids congregating in large groups, Edith Read Sanctuary, 6:40 p.m. Dispersed.
3/24 Groups playing basketball, Rye Recreation/Midland School 5:23 p.m. Groups dispersed on tennis/basketball courts. Hoops had to be removed from backboards.
3/24 Larceny. Greenhaven Road caller stated some of her mail was forwarded to Georgia with checks inside cashed by someone in that state.
