On Monday, May 18, 40 volunteers from L+M Development Partners teamed up with Feeding Westchester, the leading hunger-relief organization serving Westchester County, to sort and pack food donations for local families facing food insecurity. L+M’s team was able to sort through just over 2,800 pounds of donated product from food drives and the Feeding Westchester Retail Recovery Program.

“We are proud to support Feeding Westchester as part of our inaugural ‘L+M Gives Back’ employee volunteer week and partner with organizations that are making a difference in the lives of those who need assistance,” said Gingi Pica, senior director of community investment at L+M Development Partners. “This food‑packing event was an incredible opportunity to contribute to their work that is making a positive impact in Westchester, and we are grateful for their partnership.”
The event, which is part of a weeklong focus on community service for the Larchmont-based development firm, L+M Gives Back, took place at Feeding Westchester’s headquarters, located at 200 Clearbrook Road in Elmsford. This was the first time L+M collaborated with Feeding Westchester.
