Two Westchester County residents were arrested for an alleged theft from Rye Grill & Bar, Rye police announced Thursday.
Police said Dynisha T. Thomas, 34, of Yonkers, and Kerensa A. Stewart, 36, of White Plains, were both arrested Monday, Aug. 10, after allegedly leaving the restaurant without paying a bill totaling nearly $200.
Thomas and Stewart were charged with New York State Penal Law § 165.15 – Theft of Services.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
