12/15 Last of the year. Promise! Caller reported leaf blowers, lawn mowers being used at same time, Grace Church Street. No violations observed. Blower active at one property, mower used at another. No further police action necessary.
12/14 Curb your enthusiasm. Caller stated couple in silver Tacoma in Playland parking lot were having sex, smoking marijuana. Spoke with parties, unfounded.

12/13 Doggone. Caller stated barking dogs across from her residence were disturbing her peace, Pondview Road/Sharon Lane. Upon arrival, barking appeared to be coming from Mead Pond Lane, echoing across pond. Upon further investigation there, barking ceased and officer was unable to discover source.

12/11 Broad daylight. Caller stated approximately 20 minutes earlier his son saw teen-age or early 20s male wearing all black, rummaging in front of resident’s unlocked vehicle on Forest Avenue. When confronted, party fled toward Playland Parkway, 12:18 p.m.
12/11 Horton Sets His Watch? Construction before 10 a.m., Horton Street, 8:07 a.m. Spoke to sub-contractor, advised him of Code. Workers left premises.
12/10 Rocky Road. Complainant stated group of four or five youths were running around Hix Avenue neighborhood, playing ding dong ditch and throwing pints of ice cream at his house. Spoke to three youths who acknowledged they knew the parties ringing doorbells, but they were not involved.
12/10 Odorous. Palisade Road caller stated skunk in his yard appeared to be rabid. Skunk was not on his property, did not seem to be rabid. Advised homeowner to call trapper. Party called back to report skunk was now falling over, shaking. Advised to call trapper.
12/9 Thought I heard a stream. Grapal Street resident person passed out behind wheel of Subaru sedan across from her home. Female neighbor inside vehicle was under blanket watching YouTube videos while waiting for phone call.
