2/12: Walk on the Wild Side. Caller reported woman walking down middle of Theall Road creating dangerous condition for herself, 10:15 p.m. Party was listening to music while walking home. Instructed to stay on side of road away from traffic.
2/13: Caller reported construction work at synagogue property, Forest Avenue, 5:46 a.m. Found to be truck servicing port-a-potty, leaving upon arrival.
2/12: Toyota Prius reported blocking Grace Church Street driveway. Homeowner advised to contact a private tow company.
2/12: Caller reported erratic driver headed southbound on US-1. She stated vehicle looked like dark colored Altima. Canvassed area, negative results.
2/11: Caller stated alarm in her Midland Avenue residence was going off and it was not connected to alarm company. CO alarm was activated, Con Ed notified. Tried to locate source of CO. Family safe in camper.
2/11: Palisade Road resident found BB-gun, BBs in her basement and wanted to turn them in.
2/11: Fishy story. Caller stated she heard alarm coming from Ocean Grille restaurant, Rye Town Park. RFD checked interior, faulty alarm.
2/10: One in a million. Dangerous pothole reported at intersection of Boulder Road/Forest Avenue.
2/10: Let’s go places. White Toyota SUV reported driving erratically, blocking roadway, Orchard/Theodore Fremd avenues. Checked area, negative results.
2/10: Not exactly great. Party stated she believed another party associated with 2/9 incident may have stolen items from Great Stuff, Purchase Street..
2/10: Hunter Lane complainant was victim of fraudulent accounts opened in her name.
2/10: Gopher it. Caller stated vehicle with MN plates was parked on their street for last five days, Beck/Forest avenues, 4:40 p.m. Vehicle valid. Parked legally.
2/10: Caller stated unknown make, model, plate blue SUV was parked in front of Johnson Place house for about 15 mins. Vehicle left but caller wanted area checked. GOA.
2/9: Phone scram. Con Ed security asked party who said her lost cell phone was on their property to leave, Theodore Fremd Avenue. Party informed she needed to make police report with jurisdiction responsible for area where she lost her phone.
2/9: Caller stated he slipped on ice in front of his Fairway Avenue home and could not move. Car 10 and EMS sent.
2/9: Bare burgher. Caller reported male running towards Forest Avenue on Manursing Avenue, no shoes, no shirt, 1:03 p.m. Unit 3 stated party checked out.
2/9: Great Stuff reported female left Purchase Street store with blouse and also changed price stickers, 3 p.m., in last 20-25 minutes.
2/9: Larceny. Bareburger manager stated he had video of employee stealing money.
2/9: Wheel shame. Resident reported his bicycle stolen from southbound side of train platform.
2/8: Barking dog, Platt Lane, reported annoying neighbor. Guest visiting with barking dog. Spoke with homeowner who stated guest, dog would be leaving shortly.
2/8: Rye Manor caller reported water coming from her ceiling. Super located, working on issue.
2/8: Probably just counting the cattails. Male driver, female passenger in vehicle in Marshlands lot 5:53 p.m. Both parties warned about being on property after dark.
2/7: I will not block the walk…I will not block the walk…I will…Unruly parent blocking Osborn School property crosswalk, 2:37 p.m. Vehicle moved.
2/7: Penny-wise, pound-foolish. Large limb from private tree on Harding Drive broke away bringing down wires, branches across Belmont Avenue. Harding renter stated she had complained to landlord about size, poor health of trees on property in past. Neighbor was also concerned. Advised to contact building department. DPW foreman on scene. Con Ed notified.
2/7: To Soprano residence? Cowles Avenue party reported someone used her Amazon account to purchase computer, have it sent to New Jersey.
2/7: FBI offices check, Midland Avenue. All appears normal.
2/6: Large, fat coyote reported in Grace Church Street rear yard with fence, 2:34 p.m.
2/6: Harassment. Complainant stated her grandchild was approached by another parent and yelled at on way to school, Midland Avenue/Palisade Road.
2/6: Gotta be a Toyota. Suspicious vehicle. Gray Toyota or VW parked, occupied, Mistletoe Lane.
2/6: Theodore Fremd Avenue caller stated she had sewage backing up into her house from construction site next door.
2/5: Get in line. Pothole needing attention, icy road, BPR/Playland Parkway.
2/5: Larceny from motor vehicle, Theodore Fremd Avenue.
2/5: Larceny. Rockridge Road complainant believed her maid had been stealing jewelry from her residence.
2/3: Definitely a Toyota. Caller stated small SUV was parked with lights on at end of his Forest Avenue driveway, 12:30 a.m. Spoke with complainant who stated vehicle entered his property then turned around to exit. Checked surrounding area, negative results.
2/3: Resident reported someone filed taxes in her name.
2/2: Flagrant foul! Mamaroneck Police reported youth was punched in face, Rye Neck High School Gym, 9:05 p.m.
