7/9: Caller reported fawn struck by vehicle on side of road by Community Synagogue.

7/11: Woman reported her vehicle was struck while parked in YMCA lot. Witness stated he saw car hit by Nissan and gave NY plate number. Officer found Nissan on Locust Avenue parked in rear of residence with damage consistent with accident. Photos taken, note left on Nissan to contact police immediately.
7/11: Caller stated trash can in vicinity of Village Green emitting heavy smoke. FD notified. Witness stated two youths in shorts and T-shirts, one black/one yellow, standing next to trash and walking away moments prior to fire. Parties seen walking south by City Hall. Canvassed area, negative results.
7/11: Pool Skool. Stuyvesant Avenue caller stated unknown group of youths in her pool. Group left property, went to Barron Place home to a pool, where homeowners were away. GOA.

7/12: Westchester CC Beach Club caller stated that she saw coyote run into woods on Manursing Way by Club entranceway. Notation made on coyote log sheet.
7/12: VHF call regarding vessel, Reliant, stuck by buoy 38, engine not starting. Tow boat responded, vessel towed to New Rochelle.
7/14: Hardly seems fare. Taxi driver on Orchard Avenue stated he was waiting for his fare when a male in a sedan with CT plates came up and began making threatening remarks. Situation resolved.
7/14: Just trying to return “Make Room For Ducklings?” Caller stated duck was stuck in chimney at Rye Free Reading Room.
7/14: VHF call reported three people in the water by Scotch Caps. AYC launch retrieved all three, brought them to dock. Officers retrieved property from water. No injuries. Victims from Port Chester. Vessel sank.
7/15: Several vehicles reported locked in at Rye Town Park past midnight.
