9/12: Purchase Street shop employee wanted to make statement about unwanted male customer who frequents her place of employment.
9/11: Assisted resident with Island Drive flooding condition. 1:46 a.m.
9/11: On your mark…Caller reported construction prior to 7:30 a.m., Westchester C.C. Beach Club, 7:09 a.m.
9/11: BPR caller stated his car was broken into overnight, also was concerned about bricks moved from top of his generator shed.
9/11: Tree along Milton Road on private property fell on City lot, damaging vehicle. Owner’s son reported he was out of country.
9/10: ZZ tip. Officer stopped vehicle on Grace Church Street, driver stated she was tired. Was advised of directions to Home Depot lot instead of continuing drive home to West Haven, Conn.
9/10: BPR at Cedar Street temporarily closed northbound due to fallen tree, 11:33 a.m. Condition corrected by DPW, road opened, 12:10 p.m.
9/9: Fare dispute with cab driver, Purchase Street, 5:45 a.m. Spoke with passenger/driver, parties went their separate ways.
9/9: Walker Avenue caller reported builders were working on house in violation of City Sunday work ordinance, 10:48 a.m. Warning issued. Workers advised, packed up their tools for day.
9/9: Grande 2-percent iced Chai Latte violation. Caller reported double-parked Jeep blocking Elm Place near Purchase Street. Car 12 sent. GOA.
9/8: Hunt Place caller reported early construction going on, 8:33 a.m., and again at 9:07 a.m. No work was being done, workers advised to wait until 10 a.m. to start and take delivery of materials.
9/8: Walk-in at HQ reported her credit card information was stolen.
9/8 Slice of life. Caller reported he delivered pizza to Dogwood Lane home, customer refused to pay. Owner called Domino’s in front of officer, paid for pizza. Driver on scene informed payment was made, left scene.
9/7: Valor. While patrolling Milton Harbor, Marine Unit noted flagpole on floating dock had fallen over, 10:33 a.m. Recovered American flag, black POW that were floating in water. Both turned over to Boat Basin Supervisor who would notify boat owner.
9/7: Conman? Caller stated that man wearing neon green reflective vest was going door-to-door on Midland Avenue. He stated subject parked a black Acura in front of his residence. Believed person was impersonating Con Ed employee. Canvassed area, negative results.
9/7: Truck stuck under Locust Avenue Bridge, 12:22 p.m.
9/7: Property Check, RHS football field, 6 p.m. Soccer game in progress. Go Garnets.
9/7: Loud party reported, Rye Town Park, 8:25 p.m. DJ asked to significantly lower volume, bass. He complied.
9/7: Suspicious vehicle, Ellsworth Street/Milton Road, 9:19 p.m. Officer flagged down on Milton Road by parties. Vehicle described as orange Prius-sized or small SUV. Appeared to be GOA.
9/6: Disabled box truck with rear axle dual blowout, BPR/Peck Avenue. Incident occurred on I-95 northbound.
9/6: Flood water checks: Highland Hall car park, 3-feet below; Bowman Avenue Dam, water had not yet hit measure stick.
9/6: Caller reported male in motorized wheelchair in middle of roadway, Midland Avenue/Playland Parkway, 8:45 p.m.
9/6: Caller reported someone trying to break into her Hall’s Lane home, 8:54 p.m. Heard tapping at window. Canvassed on foot, negative results.
9/5: Coyote reported acting in unusual manner, 8:11 a.m., BPR/Old Post Road.
9/5: Complaint of Suez Water closing Davis/Manursing avenues roadway, not directing traffic. Signs were posted as needed.
9/5: Westchester County PD advised unauthorized use of vehicle. Gray Ford pickup, NJ tags, BPR/Purdy Avenue. Operator transported to County jail.
9/4: Mr./Ms. Nice. Party found wallet in BPR parking lot. Did not wish to leave name.
9/3: Raccoon was acting strange, Eleanor /Street, 3:30 p.m. GOA. Advised area residents to keep eye out for animal, and their pets, children outside.
9/3: Caller observed raccoon walking around Park Street/Radcliffe Avenue. Animal had left area.
9/3: Caller stated her dog was locked in vehicle, Wainwright Street. RFD on scene, dog released.
9/3: Deflation. Stopped 10-foot inflatable boat, Milton Harbor, operating without 360-degree-visible light. Upon boarding, noticed craft was not registered. Warnings given to owner.
9/1: Complaint of construction taking place, 8:33 a.m., rear of Resurrection Church middle school. Spoke with foreman at site, advised him of City Code. Warning issued.
9/1: “TWINKLE, TWINKLE…”Caller reported loud music playing at Nursery Field soccer field, 8:51 a.m. Coach advised of noise ordinance.
9/1: Caller reported person sleeping in vehicle, Playland Market, 11:24 a.m. Registered owner was taking break.
9/1: Picking up the cleaning. Male reported running in underwear towards Harrison, Osborn Road, noon. Suspicious male GOA.
9/1: Sick turkey in area of BPR/Roger Sherman Place. Returned to the wild.
8/31: Hazardous material spill. Truck was spilling some kind of oil into road, Midland Avenue.
8/31: Caller reported has ongoing problem with Pondview Road party ringing his doorbell, trespassing on his property.
8/31: Drake Smith Lane caller stated neighbor was having loud party, disturbing her peace, 11:23 p.m. Homeowner advised to take party inside for night. Complied.
8/30: Repossession of 2013 Chevy Suburban from Ridge Street address.
8/30: Caller stated Peck Avenue US Postal box was damaged, contents stolen. Sworn statement taken.
