11/15: Officer observed heavy equipment trailer blocking s/b lane on Highland Road by Dogwood Lane. Spoke with foreman, stated he would move trailer to side of road, have worker stand by to monitor traffic flow.
11/14: Complainant reported license plates missing from vehicle.
11/14: Orchard Avenue caller stated her driveway was blocked by gray vehicle. Upon arrival, vehicle was being moved. Warning issued.

11/14: Cementing the relationship. Assisted citizen. Construction crew on private property, Walnut Street, 4:30 p.m. Officer spoke to foreman about washing out concrete truck on private property. Contractor thought it would be okay, since it was also construction site. He apologized to owner.

11/12: Extra Sensory Deception. Officers requested to respond to disturbance, Cottage Street, 9:38 a.m. PCPD unsure if alarm call or dispute and may have been in RPD jurisdiction. No disturbance. Resident advised it was accidental alarm activation due to bad sensor.
11/12: Truce. Construction on holiday, Fulton Avenue, 7:23 a.m. Condition corrected as crew was setting up, advised no work on Veterans Day.
11/12: Caller stated silver sedan with flat tire had been parked for three weeks and had not moved, Central, between Summit and Maple avenues. Parked legally.

11/11: Caller reported more than one piece of lawn equipment at one time, crew was threatening him, Forest/Oakwood avenues. Upon arrival, officer observed landscapers using only rakes, not leaf blowers. Spoke with boss about City Code and talking to residents in threatening way. They complied, stated they were not speaking that way.
11/11: Insta-scram. Suspicious vehicle, Milton Road/Playland Parkway, 4:48 p.m. White sedan, tinted windows, male subject taking photos of area. Party was taking photos of his girlfriend. Asked to leave area.
11/11: Retrieved, most likely. Dog complaint. Loose Labrador reported running around area of Brookdale Place/Milton Road. Canvassed are with no result.
11/10: Armored truck reported that a car struck their vehicle, left scene, Elm Place/Purchase Street, 4:07 p.m. No damage, but driver wanted to document.
11/10: Neighborhood trouble, Rye Golf Club/Jay Estate, 7:26 p.m. Caller stated he was passing by Jay Estate when he thought he observed three males spotlighting deer. He believed one had a flashlight. Parties left from RGC without further incident. GOA.
11/9: Early bird catches word. Suspicious vehicle, Walden Lane, 5:15 a.m. Caller reported car idling in front of his home. Man had traveled from Ohio to visit friends in Rye, but he?d arrived an hour early. Just biding his time.
11/9: Caller stated three people walking around his Pine Lane house. He was not home, watching from his camera system. GOA.
11/9: Epidemic. Caller stated vehicle hit his car parked on Purchase Street outside Webster Bank.

11/8: Suspicious person reported trying to sell food from his Toyota Tacoma, Oakwood Avenue. GOA.
11/8: Two people observed fishing on rocks next to Playland Pier, posted ?keep off?. Subjects escorted off rocks.
