Resurrection School is a parish school committed to developing a genuine love of learning, nurturing spirituality, and guiding each child to make intelligent and responsible choices.
Their primary educational goal is to create an atmosphere where religion is recognized, not as an isolated subject, but as an integral part of the curriculum, and in the lives of the students, teachers, and parents.
Â
This year, Resurrection is transitioning to a new program in Religion, which will bring students up to date on changes made and adopted Diocesan-wide in religious content. Sacramental programs for First Penance and First Communion have also been updated to include these changes.
Â
In Social Studies, Resurrection, with the help of the school foundation, will purchase brand-new materials for grades 1-8, reflecting curricular changes on the state level. A similar change has been adopted in Science materials, using a modular approach in grades 6-8.
