Jennifer Reddington and Chelsea Georgio of Compass Real Estate have partnered with Métier Maison to represent the Westchester and Connecticut markets.

Founded by California agent Khaki Wennstrom, Métier Maison connects luxury properties with a network of agents to help identify buyers. Through its exclusive agent network and an expanding portfolio of partnerships, the group seeks to enhance opportunities for clients and their properties.

The group provides an advantage for more niche luxury properties, Reddington said.

“We see a significant amount of relocation within the luxury market,” she said. “For example, New York often attracts buyers from California and vice versa. Métier Maison allows us to showcase our properties to trusted partners across the country — and even globally — helping connect each home with the right buyer. This is especially valuable for top-tier luxury properties that may take longer to find their perfect match.”

Along with their network of realtors, Métier Maison, which was launched in 2024, has partnerships with brands including Boll & Branch, Tiffany & Co., and La Ligne. Through those partnerships, the group offers increased visibility to their clients.

“One thing I’ve learned being part of Compass is that real estate is not singular,” Reddington said. “When you collaborate, you serve your clients so much better. It’s not about trampling the competition, but about how we can work with others to serve our clients better.”

Her team will be showcasing Westchester and Connecticut properties in partnership with the new group.
