Midland School fifth graders wove a heartfelt message in their production of “Wilbur’s Wish,” an adaptation of “Charlotte’s Web.” It was hard not to fall in love all over again with Wilbur, Charlotte, Fern, and even the boisterous, gluttonous Templeton.
During three months of rehearsals, Midland’s 90 fifth graders learned many lifelong lessons about loyalty, friendship, ingenuity, and industriousness.
Under the direction of Dr. Laura Evans and with the help of parents who pitched in, the students pulled off a T-E-R-R-I-F-I-C performance.
