38 Purchase Street, Rye as Construction Nears Completion of Luxury 92-Home Residential Community
RYE, NY (August 2020) – The Sales Gallery at The St. Regis Residences, Rye, a collection of exquisitely appointed condominium residences, has relocated to its new home at the center of Rye, as construction of the historic development nears completion.
The Sales Gallery, which was previously located at the development site at 120 Old Post Road, Rye, has moved to a new location at 38 Purchase Street, Rye. The building, which was formerly a TD Bank branch, has been beautifully refurbished to serve as the Sales Gallery until the onsite model homes are completed this fall. It is open daily, seven days a week, with evening hours Thursday through Saturday. Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are also welcome.
The new location is at the heart of downtown Rye which has recently transformed into a lively, pedestrian-only mall. In June, the City of Rye approved the closure of Purchase Street to welcome residents back to its numerous and highly regarded restaurants and shops. Many restaurants are offering outdoor dining, while stores and shops remain open into the evening hours with their merchandise frequently displayed on the street.

The St. Regis Residences, Rye will be the world’s first St. Regis Residences property to operate without a hotel. Residences are priced from $1,065,000, and at least one resident per home must be 55 years of age or better. Occupancy of the first residences is expected in late 2020.
