Kevin Grainger of Rye, captain of the Gumption3, at far left, was the J/105 fleet winner at the 12th annual Cedar Point Yacht Club One-Design Regatta on June 2.
Grainger is a member of the American Yacht Club. Eight fleets with more than 400 sailors hailing from as far away as Florida, competed in the two-day event off Westport, Connecticut.
