Police said Trusty drove off the road onto the yards of Rye homes while being chased by Westchester County and Rye police in a stolen Toyota Highlander.
Ann Marie Cunningham, 77, turned herself into police after an investigation revealed she had walked out of Dabney Lee with merchandise she did not pay for last month.
