The Assembly celebrated the achievements of the fifth-grade class, many of whom received special awards.
Rye Rotary Citizen of the Year: Michelle Lahrkamp
Midland Humanitarian Award: Ian Tibbals
NYS Comptroller’s Achievement Award: Eden Vanslette
NYS Assembly Certificate of Merit: Jonathan Burinescu, Sara DeGraw, Jason Luci, and Lara Martin
NYS County Clerk Distinguished Student Award: Sloan Martin, Jack Tartaglia, and Charlotte Townley.
