The 253 “unlucky motorists” cited for cell phone violations were not “unlucky” as described in your Feb. 16 article on traffic and parking violations. They were dangerous drivers who were breaking the law. I could stand on Purchase Street and hand out 253 cell phone violations in one day.
Use of cell phones by drivers must be stopped.
