Not Even Thirtysomething
We don’t make a habit of highlighting the competition but when we heard that Jessica Cheng, Marketing Manager atJulia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty in Rye, had made Westchester Magazine’s Class of 2021 Wunderkinds (under 30 superstars), we were happy to spread the news.
Watching Cheng in action — fielding calls, bringing up listings, showing agents a smarter marketing path, all at the same time — is a dizzying master class. Everyone wants her ear and they have it, along with her strong graphic design and social media skills.
And she has followers worldwide via @RyeNyHomes Instagram, which features fine homes on and close by to the Sound.
When the pandemic hit, the agency was on solid footing because Cheng started remaking their social media platform right after she was hired by Manager Pati Holmes in 2018. Between 2018 and 2020, the Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s office achieved a 38 percent in sales volume. Real estate isn’t all about the numbers — this extraordinary year notwithstanding — but it is about having the talent, intellect, and imagination to encourage teams onward in good and bad economic times, and catching a rising star like 29-year-old Jessica Cheng to lead the charge.
