The Young Thespians
The Port Chester Council for the Arts, in cooperation with the Port Chester Recreation Department, proudly presents “BROADWAY Babies”, a musical theatre revue starring actors in grades 1-3 and featuring a mix of classical and Broadway tunes. The curtain goes up July 28 at 2 at Rye Country Day School’s Dunn Performing Arts Center.
The production is directed by Rosie Veltri, alumna of the Port Chester Council for the Arts theater training program, and a Metro Award-winning actress. The creative producer is Julie Colangelo-Dore.

Founded in 1981, The Port Chester Council for the Arts, Inc. presents children’s, youth/teen, and young adult theater productions each summer. The organization provides educational, arts-based programming, including an after-school program and the artist-in-residence program, Literacy Through the Arts, for grades K-5 in conjunction with the Port Chester School District.
