Two of the Rye shells qualified for the Scholastic Rowing Association of America National Championships in Camden, N.J.: the Boys Jr. 4x with Ryan Costa, Ross Mulkerrin, Max Bresolin, and Max Hampton Fischer, and the Girls Jr. 2x with Leslie Gallagher and Olivia Iles.
Boding well for next year, the freshman boys 4x (x means without a coxswain) earned a Silver medal in Saratoga. Kudos to Kiefer Mueller, Brendan Faries, Jim Palmer, and Tristan MacHale! They are waitlisted for the SRAA Nationals.
