RHS Crew entered 40 rowers in 11 boats at the State Championships May 12-13 on Saratoga Lake. Through sheer grit and determination, five of our boats made it to the next round, the semis, and/or finals in their events.

Two of the Rye shells qualified for the Scholastic Rowing Association of

America National Championships in Camden, N.J.

Boding well for next year, the freshman boys 4x (x means without a coxswain) earned a Silver medal in Saratoga. Kudos to Kiefer Mueller, Brendan Faries, Jim Palmer, and Tristan MacHale! They are waitlisted for the SRAA Nationals.
