Kathleen Marie Donley and Ian Michael Graham were married on August 24, 2019 at the Apawamis Club in Rye. Daniel Baldwin, the bride’s brother-in-law, officiated. Lauren Baldwin was the matron of honor and the bridesmaids were Caroline McGuckian, Anna Desis, and Lauren Mitus. Bridgette Baldwin was the flower girl. Phillip Graham was the best man and the groomsmen were Gregory Jenkins, Devon Leary, Jack McKenna, Andrew Onufrychuk, Christopher Stranix, and Colin White.
The bride, 31, is the daughter of Joseph and Christine Donley of Rye. She graduated from Rye High School and received a B.S. from Cornell University and a law degree from Georgetown Law School. She is an intellectual property associate at Cahn & Samuels LLP in Washington, D.C. Her father, now retired, was a partner at Dechert LLP, and her mother was an adjunct professor at Westchester Community College.
The groom, also 31, is the son of Stephen and Jeralynn Graham of Washington, D.C. A graduate of Gonzaga College High School and Boston College, he is a vice-president of Lockton Companies Inc. in Washington, D.C. His father is president of Cross Hill Financial Group, a private equity firm in Washington, D.C. His mother, a former teacher, is a tour coordinator at Tudor Place Historic House and Garden.
The couple met four years ago in Washington, D.C. They got engaged in Annapolis, Md., and were married exactly one year later.
After a honeymoon in Portugal and Spain, the couple returned to their Washington, D.C. home.
