From a night of Britishmania, featuring Beatles cover songs at Cross County Shopping Center (July 17), to the symphonic sounds of Verdi at Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts (July 25), the program has something for every musical taste.
Residents can listen to a wide variety of music, from rock to blues, jazz, classical and cultural sounds that span the globe. But that’s not all. ArtsWestchester CEO Janet Langsam points out that participants can also enjoy comedians, storytellers, sing-a-longs, and movies under the stars at open-air venues.
“Our beautiful parks and cultural sites make great stages for a diversity of musical styles and tastes,” says County Executive Rob Astorino. “We hope this guide will help you make the most of summer.”
