Rye’s fifth graders recently finished exploring America’s early settlement of the West. They got a sense of the pioneer spirit, portraying characters that trek across the new frontier in covered wagons. To “survive” the perilous journey, took a lot of knowledge, skills, and teamwork.
At Osborn, the project culminated in an afternoon of group exercises and competitions.
